About Mentoring

Whether you're taking your first steps into pelvic health, preparing for interviews, developing your clinical skills, or looking to integrate pelvic health into your existing role, mentoring can provide the support, confidence and clinical reasoning needed to move forward.

With over 19 years of physiotherapy experience and extensive NHS and private practice experience in pelvic health, I offer personalised mentoring designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world clinical practice.

My aim is not simply to teach protocols, but to help you understand the "why" behind assessment findings, treatment decisions and exercise prescription so that you feel confident applying pelvic health principles within your own practice.I currently mentor physiotherapy students, musculoskeletal physiotherapists and fitness professionals at various stages of their pelvic health journey.
