What exactly is
a Pregnancy Assessment?

Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body, but pain or leakage should never be ignored.

A Pregnancy Assessment is a one-to-one session providing specialist, evidence-based physiotherapy to help you stay active, comfortable, and confident as your body adapts. Drawing on advanced clinical training and extensive NHS experience, I’ll guide you to reduce pain, move safely, and prepare your body for birth and recovery.

After the session, you’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow advice sheet summarising recommendations and next steps, so you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your pregnancy journey.
