Service Description
This session is for you if you have had an appointment with us before and would like a follow-up.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Consent Policy Appointments can be booked online via my website or by emailing me at hello@thepelvicphysiofarnham.co.uk . A deposit is required to hold your appointment. Please disclose any relevant medical history so I can provide safe, effective care. Full informed consent will always be sought before treatment. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits are usually retained for short notice, though I aim to be flexible in exceptional circumstances. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at the full session rate. Your personal and medical information is kept confidential and stored securely. If you have any concerns about your care, please raise them with us directly so we can try to resolve them. If you wish to submit your feedback in writing after, you can email hello@thepelvicphysiofarnham.co.uk and we will respond within 5 business days.
