A little bit about Juliet
Juliet Watson is a highly experienced Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with many years of experience assessing and treating women with a wide range of pelvic health conditions.
Having worked extensively within the NHS, Juliet has developed specialist expertise in pelvic health and has worked closely alongside consultants, GPs, midwives and multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care.
She supports women with a broad range of concerns including bladder and bowel symptoms, prolapse, pelvic pain, overactive bladder, pregnancy-related conditions, pelvic girdle pain, birth preparation and postnatal recovery. Juliet also provides comprehensive postnatal assessments, helping women safely return to exercise and activity following childbirth.
I first met Juliet when we worked together within the NHS, where I was involved in supporting her development in pelvic health physiotherapy. Since then, she has built extensive experience in the field and become a highly skilled and compassionate clinician. I have complete confidence in the care she provides and am delighted that she is joining The Pelvic Physio Farnham as an Associate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.
Outside of work, Juliet is a busy mum to two teenagers and can often be found spending time with her dog and energetic new puppy.
Juliet currently offers a limited number of home visit appointments, bringing specialist pelvic health physiotherapy directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Working in the NHS
I have extensive experience working in the NHS, and I left my role as a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist only very recently to further my own ventures and spend more time with my young children. In this role I enjoyed working closely with the hospital consultants and midwives, treating conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, incontinence (bladder and bowel), pelvic organ prolapse, obstetric birth injuries/tears (OASI) and diastasis recti. This has instilled invaluable expertise in the field of pelvic health.
Mummy MOT Practitioner
I am a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and provide postnatal checks in the comfort of my patient’s own homes, and have a passion for providing education and a safe space for patients to be able to discuss their symptoms and feel listened to. I endeavour to support patients to rehab back to any level – whether that is a stroll in the park with the kids or an Ironman triathlon!
Certifications
I am registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Pelvic Obstetric and Gynae Physiotherapy (POGP) and a registered Mummy MOT practitioner.
